• This program is for those who have never curled or want to improve their skills. Through on-ice instruction, participants will learn the basics of the game,  throw rocks, learn to brush, understand strategy, and play some fun games.  Please dress in warm clothing that allows for stretching, warm gloves that allow good grip, and clean running shoes (please carry these in so they remain clean on the ice). The club supplies the rest of the equipment, including brooms, sliders, and grippers.
• Participants may choose to wear a helmet.
