On Sunday, the Orillia Curling Club held the 37th annual ‘Curl for Kids’ Sake’, all in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters!
Curl for Kids' Sake is one of the longest-running Big Brothers Big Sisters events and is essential in supporting the agency.
The wonderful team at Big Brothers Big Sisters Orillia reached out to the Orillia Curling Club with an overwhelming excitement to bring back this bonspiel for such a great cause.
A whopping ten teams showed up for the event and for a lot of the participants, this was their first time Curling. Regardless, everyone came out eager to play.
The solo day event raised over $10,000 all for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
A big thanks to all of the club members who came out to help, your contribution helped make this event a success.
