You should have received an email from the club indicating these instructions along with your new username. If so, these are the same instructions you received.
If perhaps you did not receive the email, or you are having trouble, you may request a new username through the clubs Registrar. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
As you may have noticed, we have a new website! One of the benefits of the new site is a Members Home area. All your individual league schedules, teams, scores, and practice ice bookings will be in the Members Home area. To access this area you will need to create a login.
Please follow these steps to log into the new website for the first time:
Example:
Your Username is: Bob-Smith
1. Go to https://orilliacurlingclub.ca
2. On the right-hand side of the computer screen (or the bottom of your phone) you will see the Member Login area. Click on "forgot your password?"
3. You are now on a page that says: "Lost your user name or your password?" Select "lost password" and then enter your username: Bob-Smith and the email address associated with the account.
4. A temporary password will be sent to this email account for:Bob-Smith . Once you have received your temporary password, copy it, and proceed back to the website and type in your Username and paste your temporary password. This will allow you access to the secure Members Home area.
5. Once you have logged into the website as a member, you will now see the Members Home tab at the top right.
You are now able to start the registration process for your annual membership and sign up for leagues. Below the Member Login is Your Account Summary. Select this link to start the registration process.
Note: If you select "CONFIRM YOUR ENTRY" at the end of the registration your choices will now be entered into our system. You can still make changes by selecting Membership Signup under the Members Home Tab.
Remember, we will NOT be taking payment at this time. This will be firmed up once we know our season is starting on time on October 9th with practice ice and October 12th for league play.
If the season will start on time, you will be able to log back in, "Confirm Your Entry" and proceed to payment.
6. Please feel free to explore the other options under Member Home as well as the website in general. Please keep in mind that this is phase 2 and additional functionality is currently in the works.
